THE OLD GAOL RESTAURANT QUARTER, ABINGDON, OXFORDSHIRE - Due to be released September 2013
The Old Gaol forms part of Abingdon’s historic Town Centre that will provide an important addition to the retail and leisure offer within the town. The new underground car park, traffic calming scheme and attractive pedestrian walkways linking Bridge Street to East St Helen Street will ensure easy access within the Town Centre.
The new restaurant quarter comprises 11,848 sq ft of flexible space that provides for up to three or four restaurant premises. External seating is available for each unit overlooking either the River Thames or within the attractive courtyard.
Throughout the year the public gardens and courtyard will be able to host Art & Craft exhibitions, open-air theatre productions, picnics, festivals and weddings (subject to the appropriate licenses).

Cranbourne are working in conjunction with South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) on a mixed development of residential apartments and commercial facilities that will encompass a 50 bedroom hotel and restaurants opposite Didcot Station to service the local community and surrounding areas.
